LUCRF Super helping employers through AIM education programs.

LUCRF Super is proud to continue its partnership with the Australian Institute of Management – Victoria & Tasmania (AIM), the peak body for Management and Leadership education and training.

AIM is a membership based organisation that has been helping to shape the business community in Australia for over 70 years. Corporate and personal (professional) level membership supports extended career development for people in the workforce, through nationally recognised qualifications.

The arrangement with AIM gives our Victorian and Tasmanian contributing employers benefits by accessing training packages for their employees at preferential rates. AIM provides training solutions to over 5,000 Victorian and Tasmanian companies across all industry sectors and delivers qualifications which are recognised through the Australian Qualifications Framework. The courses include training in management related subjects ranging from Certificate to Postgraduate level (with recognition of prior learning – a formal process of assessment based on your day-to-day work experience). Through this program, LUCRF Super supports the development of a more resilient and enduring workforce.
