Getting started

You can check the status of your account, find out what payments have been made, check your investment options and change contact details at any time using members online.  To access members online all you need to do is register.

Simply call us on 1300 130 780 during office hours or download the online registration form and post it to our head office at PO Box 211 North Melbourne Vic 3051.

To login you will need your member id and your password.  We will provide you with a password when you register.  When you login for the first time you will be required to change your password.  This ensures that only you can access your member information.

Remember to keep you password secure at all times.
