Apply for Insurance
Step 1 – Complete the Insurance Election Form
(for requests less than 7 units of cover or $750,000 or if you have not answered yes to any response in Section 5 of the Insurance Election Form)
Step 2 – Complete the Insurance Election Form and ING Personal Statement
(for requests in excess of 7 units of cover or $750,000 or any yes responses to Section 5 of the Insurance Election Form)

Step 3 – Send your forms to us
Send your original signed and completed paperwork via post to:

Please note: you may be requested to provide further medical evidence or attend a medical examination if required.
Increase (Upgrade) your Insurance

Cancel Your Insurance
You may cancel your insurance coverage at any time. To do so, simply advise us in writing of your request by our group insurer. Cancel Your Insurance
