Simple advice regarding super and pension options is generally free of charge. Other types of advice may incur a fixed fee. Any fees will be agreed to upfront, prior to any advice being given.
If the advice is relating to super, any fees may be deducted from your super account. However, advice not relating to super cannot be deducted from your super account and you will be invoiced directly.
