Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten or misplaced your password for Members or Employers Online and we have your email address, it's easy to reset your password.

Just click on the relevant link below:

Then click on the "Reset Password" button. A new password will then be sent to the email address we have on file.

Please note: if you enter your password incorrectly four times you will be locked out of the system, and you will need to call the Contact Centre on 1300 130 780 to reset.
