Super search consent

From 1 January 2012, you can consent for LUCRF Super to use your Tax File Number (TFN) to search and act on your behalf to help consolidate your super.

If consent is provided to LUCRF Super, we will then use your TFN to carry out tasks such as accessing superannuation information from the Australian Tax Office (ATO) facility. This may help to find super you have elsewhere and consolidate your retirement savings.

You can provide your consent:

•     In writing with your signature (via the Super Search Consent form found in Related content on the left of this page)
•     Over the phone (your identity must be confirmed)
•     By emailing your details and consent to mypartner@lucrf.com.au
•     Online portal via your Members Online account.

If LUCRF does not already have your TFN and you wish to quote it, please call us on 1300 130 780 or download the Tax File Number Notification form and send it to us.

This consent will remain in place until cancelled by you. LUCRF Super will only use your TFN in accordance with your consent. The privacy of your personal information is important to LUCRF Super, our Privacy Policy is available under Related content or by calling 1300 130 780.
