About your super account

Can I change my investments?

You can only change your investment options on a tablet or desktop computer via Members Online.

Can I update my account details?

You can update your phone number, email addresses, home and postal addresses.

Can I make personal contributions on the app?

You can’t directly make contributions on the app, but you can view the BPAY Biller Code and your Customer Reference Number on the home screen so that you can contribute via internet or phone banking.

What if I lose my phone?

You should contact your telephone network provider immediately to disable access to your phone.You can download the app on your new phone.

To further protect your security, consider changing your password periodically. Also change your password any time you suspect that your account may have been compromised or tampered with. In this event of this occurring, please contact us immediately on 1300 130 780

Accessing the app

Who can use the app?

All LUCRF Super members can use the app. You just need to set up an online account either on a desktop computer or in the app.

How do I activate the sign-in options?

In order to access our Mobile App, you must enable the passcode, fingerprint or face recognition on your mobile phone. If you don’t have these on your phone or prefer not to enable them, you can access Members Online via our website from your phones website browser app.

What if I don’t have an online account?

You can create an online account on the app by tapping Register on the login screen. If you prefer using a tablet or desktop computer, you can create an online account on Members Online.

Can I access the app on more than one phone?

You can access the app on multiple devices but you will need to enter your login details on each one separately.

Downloading the app

How do I download the app?

If you have an iPhone, download from the App Store. If you have an Android phone, get it on Google Play.

What kind of mobile phone do I need to use the app?

The app is available on all modern smart phones that use either Android 5 and above or iOS 6.1 and above.

Forgot your password?

Click on 'Forgot your password?' on the home page of Members Online or the mobile app.

Enter your member number, email address and answer the security question you set up when you first registered.

A temporary password will be emailed to you.

Once you enter your temporary password in the login screen, you'll need to create a new password within 7 days.

Password rules:
Your password must have a minimum of 8 characters using one upper case alpha, one lower-case alpha, and one number.

Logging in

How do I log in to the app?

You can log in to the app using your member number and online account password. If you haven’t created an online account you can register through the app or on a tablet or desktop computer via Members Online.

Help – I've forgotten my member number.

Your member number appears on your welcome letter and your annual statements.
If you’ve forgotten your member number or you can’t find it you can request it to be sent to you from here.

Help - I’ve forgotten my password.

Tap the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the home screen. You will need to enter your member number, email address and answer a security question. We will then send you a temporary password to use the next time you log in to the app before being prompted to create your own.


Is the app secure?

The LUCRF Super app uses a high level of security to ensure the privacy and safety of member accounts and information, including strong authentication procedures.

How do I create a 4 digit PIN?

When you first log in to the app, you will be given an option to create a 4-digit PIN that you can use instead of a password. You can also set a PIN via the app’s security section.

Can I reset my password/PIN?

You can change either your password or PIN once you have logged in to the app through the security section of the menu.
