The protection of LUCRF Super’s member access details is essential to the ongoing security of member’s accounts and personal information.

Access to LUCRF Super’s Members Online services is authorised solely to members and participating employers of LUCRF Super. By logging into this service via the LUCRF Super website or Mobile App you automatically accept and agree to the terms and conditions as published on this page.

The confidentiality and security of your access details (including user identification and password) are your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been tampered with or accessed without your authority, please notify LUCRF Super immediately. If LUCRF Super is not advised of these occurrences, no responsibility will be taken for any consequent loss or damage to your account.

As a LUCRF Super Members Online user you are responsible for all edits, updates and changes that you make to your account via the secure pages of LUCRF Super’s website or mobile app. You are also responsible for providing information that, to the best of your knowledge, is correct.

At its sole discretion and without notice, LUCRF Super has the authority to deny access if it is of the opinion that the service is being used in a manner that may incur damage to yourself or other LUCRF Super members.
